Most of us have a dream of owning our own house. Even few want to build their own house instead buy a ready to move type of property. As , this will give the freedom to utilize your creative juice, get emotionally attached and feel the excitement at every stage of the process.
However, I would like to express my experience and share the process with others who are willing or getting ready to take the same process.
The process seem very exciting , however at every stage there will be lot of challenges and you need to be very patient and astute to overcome the issues.
