Land Settlement
Finally the land got settled on 31st May.
One more awesome experience in the building process. Big milestone. It was scheduled for 3pm. Was waiting for the confirmation call from solicitor for the entire day and when the call came feeling like won the marathon.
After the settlement i did not get any email or document. The money in the bank account was also not deducted and the loan amount was not online. Had to visit the bank next day and sorted out the accounts being visible online.
Next Step:
Apply for construction loan.
Things to remember:
1) Make sure the funds are available in the account atleast 2 days prior to settlement
2) or Make sure bank cheques are available
